IMD ने बड़ा अलर्ट जारी किया है जिसमें अगले 17 घंटे के भीतर 15 राज्यों में भारी बारिश, तेज आंधी और बिजली गिरने की चेतावनी दी गई है। उत्तर भारत से लेकर पूर्वी भारत तक मानसून पूरी तरह सक्रिय हो चुका है और कई इलाकों में हवाएं 80 से 85 किमी प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती हैं। यूपी, बिहार, दिल्ली, राजस्थान समेत पहाड़ी राज्यों में भी मौसम बिगड़ सकता है। ओलावृष्टि और वज्रपात का खतरा भी बढ़ गया है। मौसम में बदलाव से गर्मी से राहत मिलेगी लेकिन नुकसान की आशंका भी बनी हुई है।
